Crossfire Game Compatibility List

Grand list of games with their known degree of Crossfire support.

Formatting Edit

Game: Full name of the game. Write games on alphabetic order. If the game name includes a the, ignore it when it comes to ordering.

Engine: Name of the game's engine if known. Write proprietary if the developer has stated it is an in-house engine but didn't give it a name.

Status: One word description of the game's Crossfire support. Use excellent, good, acceptable, poor, terrible, unsupported, no profile depending on the level of support.

  • Excellent: No major or minor issues, >60% scaling and without noticeable microstutter.
  • Good: No major issues, some minor issues or scaling between 30% and 60% without noticeable microstutter.
  • Acceptable: Can potentially be preferable than using a single card but comes with drawbacks for using it.
  • Poor: Degrades the experience in some form, not unplayable but disabling Crossfire is preferred.
  • Terrible: Unplayable with Crossfire on.
  • Unsupported: No Crossfire profile either due to lack of exclusive fullscreen (except for DX12 games), engine constraints or lack of developer support (for DX12 games).
  • No profile: No profile made by AMD yet (DX11 only).

Details: Describe the status you've attached to the profile. Describe the level of scaling and microstutter, and any important misc. information.

Notes: Any additional information that may come in useful to whoever's reading the page.

Driver Version: Since Crossfire support can change with newer drivers and since this list is entirely dependent on user contributions based on anecdotal experiences, list the driver version you've used when testing the game.

Regarding Testing Edit

Make sure you're using exclusive fullscreen if available. If available, turn OFF Temporal Anti Aliasing as it may cause poor frame timings. Always ensure both of your cards are doing work before adding an entry to this list.

Use an empirical testing method to judge scaling. Try testing a variety of locations. Test extensively, Crossfire may cause crashes or other issues that may not show itself in a few minutes of gameplay.

Regarding The List Edit

If you've tested a game, edit it in. Comments that lack information specifically the driver version will not be edited into the page. If you see a mistake, remove it or correct it.

This list is based entirely on anecdotal subjective experiences by anonymous users and is a work in progress. Your experience may not match what is being described in this list. This list is not affiliated with AMD in any way.
